Tamara Kravitz makes learning happen.
Hi, I'm Tamara, an impassioned Learning Designer from Baltimore who makes learning happen - all over the world.
My creative visionary abilities help me build futuristic, advanced learning. I believe learning should be a life-long, continuous process seamlessly blending into - rather than interrupting - a user's workflow. My solutions are agile and practical - based on data and supported by the mindset that just because we can, doesn't mean we should. I think learning should promote complex thinking - not be complex.Tamara Kravitz, PMP is an experienced learning director, instructional designer, adult learning specialist, learning strategist, trainer and project manager. An expert at developing online training, instructional videos, human-centered UX/UI, podcast, animations, posters, course catalogs, marketing, and training campaigns. Key strengths include implementing game-based new hire training, LMS implementation and administration, engaging with SMEs, business leaders, and C-suite on training and education, mentoring new designers, managing learning teams, and leading training organizations by performance-driven results.

I would work for Tamara in a heartbeat if given the opportunity.
Working for Tamara was one of the best professional experiences I've had. She constantly tried to utilize my skill set and challenged me to be more creative and engaging. I was always doing work adjacent to what I received my degrees in and never was asked to push my skills and talent farther until I worked for Tamara. I would work for Tamara in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. I can confidently say to anyone that ends up working with or for Tamara, that they will be forever grateful for the opportunity.
