    Hi, I'm Tamara, an impassioned Learning Designer from Baltimore who makes learning happen - all over the world.
    My creative visionary abilities help me build futuristic, advanced learning. I believe learning should be a life-long, continuous process seamlessly blending into - rather than interrupting - a user's workflow. My solutions are agile and practical - based on data and supported by the mindset that just because we can, doesn't mean we should. I think learning should promote complex thinking - not be complex.

    Tamara Kravitz, PMP is an experienced learning director, instructional designer, adult learning specialist, learning strategist, trainer and project manager. An expert at developing online training, instructional videos, human-centered UX/UI, podcast, animations, posters, course catalogs, marketing, and training campaigns.
